Another positive experience having my hair cut at Shapes in Hair. Kate listened to my requests and delivered a lovely haircut once again. Since then, friends have commented favourably on my new hair style and assured me that I look ten years younger, so I am a very happy bunny indeed. Thank you Kate and thank you Shapes in Hair!

I would have left 0 stars for my rating if Treatwell would have permitted.Firstly, they phoned my on the morning of my daughter’s appointment to tell my that they had double booked her appointment. We had paid in advance for a haircut and blow dry. The person who phoned was incompetent and I had to speak with a senior member of staff. Secondly, the haircut they gave her was uneven and terrible. Complete amateur. Again I had to show a senior member of staff for them to correct it. Very poor
