This was my first time at Mara's and the place is very clean and professional. I went in for a Lash lift and tint and am disappointed to say my lashes are not lifted. I emailed the next day just to double check with them that they did in fact lift the lash and had a response after chasing once that they would get back to me. Since then I have chased twice and have still not had a response and that was now over a week ago. I feel that is bad customer service
