I booked a pedicure and they did a terrible job and then they promised to give me a lash lift for only £5 to compensate the next day. when I went to pay, the manager took me to the back of the salon to tell me off for writing a review and because of that she would not offer me a refund. She made me end up paying for the whole amount for the lash lift when clearly I was told the day before it was going to be only £5. She made me cry on my bday. Horrible lady. That’s not how you run a business

Terrible mani pedi. For some reason the nail polish never dried, and although I had my appointment at 13:30, I woke up next day with my mani all smudged. Same thing happened to my pedi after I went to the gym the next day. I have never experienced anything like it. 3 days later and it still hasn’t dried yet!!!
