I arrived to closed doors, but after a quick call was let in and the room was nice. The beauty therapist got right to work and wasn't very chatty - which is fine by me. Although it is overall good value, I found that there were several strips of hair missed out when waxing my legs (not just a few stray hairs), which I would have expected the beauty therapist to have picked up on.
