It's definitely not the shiniest place - a tiny room below a very loud Columbian hair salon! However, I had a very professional hollywood wax. It wasn't too painful and Mara worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the results - would recommend as a low cost, yet perfectly good, beautician.

this was the worst waxing I ever had. not only seemed the lady to be annoyed about me having longer hair than usual but she also didn't speak any English to deal with my concerns. their wax seemed to have the wrong consistency and she didn't seem to know what she was doing with it. she also managed to turn the requested triangle in something that doesn't look like any shape I know. after my treatment I tried to complain to resolve the issues, but was again confronted with someone who speaks too little English to deal with it. turns out it is completely my fault the waxing was so bad, because I chose the wrong time of the month and because my hair is too long.
