Wax was amazing! So quick and efficient! There was no talking involved but this was due to a language barrier not because the therapist was being rude - it was over so quick that didn’t matter! The only negative is that the upstairs hairdressers were laughing so loud and the walls were so thin it sounded like someone was outside the room I was getting waxed in which made me feel uncomfortable as the door of the room isn’t very secure it has slight gaps in it ( not ideal when you’re in that waxing position) some music would definitely help set the ambience to try and block out all that noise from upstairs
