Another brilliant Hollywood was by Maria, so quick and professional...and pain free. The salon was warm and cosy with a nice vibe. I recommend this place!

Deep tissue massage wasn't really a deep tissue massage. Was still relaxing, however the room was a bit cold.

I had a really sloppy and bad shellac manicure here to the point where she looked at the nails at the end and said she wasn’t happy with them and asked me to come back another day to take them off and redo them. However she waited until right at the end when she had already wasted an hour + of my time. As I was going away the next day I wasn’t able to and it ended up with her taking the shellac off as they were awful (thick and bulky with loads of colour outside the nail) and refunding me the money for the manicure. Total waste of my time and so frustrating the day before holiday.
I also had a pedicure done which was not good. They don’t have pedicure chairs so you’re sat on a chair with your feet on her lap. The room was FREEZING and generally I’m surprised this place has any good reviews.
