I cannot believe I spend £50 for 40minutes of being in total shock. I arrived in time for my 6.30 appointment but the worker sat doing her friends nails until 6.45 and not acknowledging me. I was then brought into a room (with very bright lights), she did not close the door and the tv was on full blast with the world cup blazing, not very relaxing. She began with a very quick exfoliation which she barely wiped off with a not so wet cotton pad. She then went straight onto microdermabrasion without property cleansing my skin or even trying to open the pours by steaming my face which is normally the case. She was so rough with the microdermabrasion and the machine did not work on other occasions, I had to point out it was not normal. She then put a facemask on, the brand unknown with a revolting smell and when asked she was unable to tell me (seemed like something out of a discount store). She showed me the tub and it looked about 2 years old. She exfoliated more and then put some oil on my face and I was told it was finished at 6.25, even though I paid for an hour long facial. Also, she squeezed my spots, not blackhead, an actual spot. I left with a very oily face and reminiscence of exfoliating beads on my face. Staff has no english so I could not even explain my worries with the way she was working on my skin.
