Staff were friendly, but the atmosphere was not relaxing and my manicure started chipping 12 hours later meaning I’ll have to get them redone

Good value for money and the lady was very nice and it only took 20 minutes but I ended up with bruising and swelling. it was extremely painful even though it is supposed to be good for sensitive skin. It was only my 3rd ever wax and unfortunately the most painful I've had.
