The salon is day 1 in its new venue so there was an initial confusion when I went to the old venue and had to then be told it was changed. However, when I got to the new venue, the staff were lovely and it was nice that all products were new. My session started 15mins late due to the confusion of venue and setting up the new materials but it ended up being 50mins. I was happy with the massage and the staff made it a lovely experience. I look forward to coming back again once the set up in complete.

Staff had no idea what they were doing for my treatment, had to finish it off at home myself and she didn’t speak much English so it was hard to explain
