Would not choose to use again mainly because the salon is a bit out of the way for me.

The Hollywood wax was the only thing I'd say I liked. My first time using hot wax and it was good. However I don't plan to ever go back here. I paid for a full leg wax and the process was terrible and there is still so much hair left. Mara made the excuse that because I shave she couldn't get the hairs, I could accept that if it was true for my thighs. I never shave there but still she couldn't get them. When waxing she tugs a lot, rarely getting a clean pull which caused a lot of pain and irritation the next few days. This is probably because she was rushing and I said, if she's not going to do a good job we should forget the leg wax but she insisted it would be okay.
Admittedly I was 10 minutes late due to traffic (which I sincerely apologise for) and would have gladly just done a Hollywood and underarm wax if she was going to constantly make passive aggressive comments about time keeping. If I wasn't going on holiday the next day I would have just let her cancel. Also told me I was booked to finish earlier than the time that was given to me via Treatwell. Thats something that needs to be looked into on both ends.
Maybe on a good day Mara is lovely and brilliant, but she wasn't with me and that's unprofessional. I'm annoyed I paid but didn't want to argue with her; it was not worth the money at all.

A perfectionist, Mara is also a caring, attentive beautician. The prices are great for the service and staff are friendly and welcoming. Great place for Brazilian and Hollywood waxing!
