Unfortunately on the day I booked my treatments it all seemed a bit chaotic. I had to wait 35 minutes to even start my treatments without any apology. After I had my nails done I was told I would have to wait a further 20 minutes until I could get my eyebrows done. In the end they managed to move it forwards after I explained I had to leave. I was really happy with how both my eyebrows and nails turned out! However, a day later my shellac had come off on two of my nails so I am a little disappointed with quality. Lovely salon just need to work on customer service a bit.
nice staff and good salon, however appointment was delayed by 35 minutes because another client had turned up late. Staff were apologetic and did a good job on wax, but probably shouldn't have allowed other client to go ahead with appointment.
