I was greeted with a cup of coffee and smiles. The treatment was great and all of the staff were super nice.
I don’t get facials often and they were very friendly in explaining the different kinds of skin treatments, what is good for my type of skin and what products I need without trying to push the products they sell and manage. My skin is radiant now.

I booked a washing and blow-dry and I was very satisfied. The hairdresser followed my instructions and was very fast! Thank you and see you soon
My haircut was good! However, not sure I will be going back. All felt a little rushed as the stylist was running late. When I turned up, the salon was locked, as they were doing treatments downstairs, so I waited outside for over 10 minutes without anyone answering the phone. I was just about to Ieave. After I had my cut, I was introduced with an additional charge for drying my hair - after the fact. Other than that, the salon looks great. The stylists are attentive, they just need to work on communication and overall level of service.
Great service -will definitely go back! New salon is gorgeous as well
