Although the venue and therapist were lovely and welcoming, the experience and result were not great. A window cleaner started working during my Hollywood wax and it felt like they could see into the therapy room. Also the therapist used some strip wax - rather than the advertised hot wax, and there were a lot of hairs left at the end. I understand that this was partly because my hair was quite short but it was more painful than usual and I was left bruised.

Really friendly staff, I had my hair coloured and cut. The stylist was incredibly thorough so despite it being my first visit I did trust what she was doing throughout. My appointment did take some time but my hair was quite dark going lighter, and the appointment started late so felt even longer.
Overall quite impressed with the outcome and happy with what she did. She really took time and care over it and I trust she knew exactly what she was doing and did what was right for my hair.
