Mara's was clean and staff was friendly enough. However, the wax was not a good experience. The lady pulled my skin very hard, would wait no time before pulling the hot wax off resulting in her having to pull it in sections instead of in one swift move. After the Hollywood wax I also found tears which were beading. This definitely isn't an experience I would recommend anyone or go through a second time.
