Most of the staff do not speak English so the communication was difficult as the lady had to call the owner when I had to explain or describe how I wanted the treatment and the overall customer service was poor. They were not well organised. I will not visit this place anytime soon.
Nice place. My manicure was done well. However my acrylic nail extensions wasn’t done well. The length of the nails on my left is not the same length as my right. And the shellac paint is chipping off already after a day. Not impressed because it wasn’t cheap.
Mara's was clean and staff was friendly enough. However, the wax was not a good experience. The lady pulled my skin very hard, would wait no time before pulling the hot wax off resulting in her having to pull it in sections instead of in one swift move. After the Hollywood wax I also found tears which were beading.
This definitely isn't an experience I would recommend anyone or go through a second time.
