Terrible experience, the venue was nice and clean but that means nothing when the treatment you get is not worth a penny. Got eyelash infills and it’s safe to say that only one person spoke english in the sallon and I couldn’t communicate with the person that was doing my eyelashes, she stabed me in the eye with something and the whole treatment was so so uncomfortable. After everything was done the eyelashes looked okay but I asked for the classic natural look and after ONE WEEK the eyelashes kept falling like crazy and that’s when I noticed she had put like 6 fake eyelashes in each of my eyelashes, and if that wasn’t enough she had glued some lashes on my EYELIDS!! It’s been like 10 days now and I don’t have any eyelashes left so DON’T get your eyelashes done here, 100% honest review. I don’t know about the other treatments tho

They fit me in on the day, went in 30 mins earlier and they started straight away which was good. Really good value for money when you just want a very basic trim and don't want to have to pay £40.00 or more like at some salons. Would go back

Honestly, I saw she wasn’t not a professional hairdresser at all!!! She doesn’t have the experience and the gesture of a hairdresser. I’m French and there’s not so much difference between these 2 countries!! She didn’t speak English but Portuguese all the time and didn’t really understand what I said. She took so a long time to cut the ends. She didn’t check neither the length after cutting my hair, they were still wet when I left and not at the same size. Please don’t go and pay more for a real one.
