I hate to leave a bad review but sadly this was the Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I waited over 45 mins for my appointment and then when finally seen was seen by two different stylists- being passed back and forth throughout my appointment. One of the stylists was literally showing the other how to colour my hair AS she did it. It was clear she had zero experience in this particular colouring style, and part way through my appt the main stylist left to see a walk in appointment and left me in her incapable hands. My hair was washed with freezing cold water. After 4 hrs I left in tears with horribly streaky, blocky, brassy awful, uneven highlights when I sought a natural looking balayage. The staff spoke very little English so was hard to communicate any issues. I Had to spend £150 at another salon the next day to get both the cut and colour fixed. I’ve contacted the salon for a refund and to complain and have disappointingly had zero response back. Currently in contact with treatwell customer service to hopefully have it rectified.
