A lovely salon. A slight language barrier with staff. The beautician doing my Hollywood used strip wax on the top despite me asking her to use hot wax which I had paid extra for. when she began to use the hot wax at the end, she never waited for the wax to dry so it stuck to her gloves and pulled painfully on my skin. seemed inexperienced and rough. Wouldn’t return again.

I go to maras beauty every 2-3 weeks to get eyelash infills and usually my experience is good. But on Tuesday I had a terrible experience - my lashes look worse than they did before. I have glue sticking the lashes together and they are all going off in different directions. During the treatment the lady got chemical in my eye and had to give me an eye bath cutting the whole experience short and leaving half done lashes. I tried reasoning with her but she didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand. Very disappointed.
