The service was great but I feel all the staff should speak English, I didn’t have too many problems to communicate with the lady but I feel other people might do.

Always clean and friendly, nice atmosphere in the salon too. Hairdresser did the best hair wash massage too!

The results were okay and the lady was very polite and sweet.
However, I’ve been getting Hollywood waxed for 4.5 years now and have been to over 10 salons and this was the least dignified and uncomfortable wax I’ve had. The positions the lady asked me to get into were not nice in comparison to every other salon I’ve ever used, and there wasn’t a towel to cover myself with before / after etc which I had at all other salons I’ve ever used.
Like I said the lady was lovely, however I’ve always had chats with my beautician to take my mind off the pain etc, however this lady (despite being smiley and polite) couldn’t speak English. I wouldn’t recommend going here if it’s your first experience as after wax care is so important and this lady wasn’t able to explain what to do to look after yourself after waxing etc.
Also, she got hot wax on my watch which she wasn’t able to get fully off and I’m worried it won’t come off at all and it cost a lot of money.
Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
