Removal was ok - felt a little painful because it didn’t seem like the acetone was left on for long enough so the technician needed to be quite rough with the orange stick and then file. But the end result looked good!

Very disappointed. I use to go to this place before they moved to the new location in Brixton. It used to be a very friendly place where staff would really care about their clients but it has changed. I appreciate that some days might be busier than other but I called the salon to see if they had availability on the same day. They should have said no if it was too busy. I waited for about 20minutes with no one telling me how long the wait would be. 3 others ladies were in the same situation.Then the wax was rushed ( done in less than 10min) and quite painful. The lady in charge barely spoke to me, didn’t even say good bye and I even waited to be able to pay. It’s really a shame because I use to like this place and the new location looks quite nice but I don’t think I will go back. It looks like it became one of these places where having as many clients as possible in one day is the priority, and not winning their loyalty..
