The lady who did the waxing was great, if it was just her I was rating it would be 5 stars! However, it took the man at the front desk a while to understand what I wanted changed for my booking - it would have been nice if he were more friendly and accomodating.

The worst appointment I’ve ever had! Firstly they were 45 minutes late which I was fine with even that salon has got no aircon so sitting there wasn’t very pleasant. My pedicure was done super quick, later I’ve realised too quick, probably because they were running late and other customers were waiting. My feet were put under hot fan which didn’t help to dry. After I left I realised that nail varnish wasn’t dry at all and when I was walking it just became one big mess!
I went back and asked for refund but got only half and no apology! I’ll never go back there
