I booked a deep tissue massage few weeks ago with the intention to relax stiff muscles on my back as i do all the times i have these discomforts.
I have done hundreds of deep tissue massages in London in the years and I can say loud this was definitely not the deep tissue I booked!
The booking was confirmed with Zenilde however when i first arrived at the shop, Fabiana was at the reception and escorted me in the room. I asked who was going to do my massage and she confirmed would have been herself. She was lovely, a bit shy probably due the young age however I didn’t get any assessment done prior the massage. Very strange as this is a standard procedure everywhere and in every place i have been.
So before she started the massage I specify to her I booked a deep tissue massage and what my requirements were. She mainly focus to massage the back however I had to ask few times to increase the pressure but this was kept the same for the whole time and her touch was way too soft and delicate. Also due the techniques used I can say this was not a deep tissue at all. The massage in the overall was kind of relaxing but not the treatment I requested and paid for (not cheap). It also did not improve my stiff muscles at all which at distance of few days were more stiff and in pain than the day i went for the massage.
Ambiance and cleanliness were good. The floor to ceiling frosted window to the street make the room way too bright which is very disturbing and impossible to relax as the massage table is right next to it. No relaxing music at all in the room, just some very light background music coming from the main room and lots of noises coming from the corridor/next rooms.
What to say, I am very disappointed of the place and services.
If someone book a service and pay (not cheap) for it, the provider has the obligation/responsibility to guarantee that the requested service is supplied. If the beautician/therapist is not trained for the required service she should not be allowed to execute it. Would never recommend this salon to anyone!
I have also sent a feedback directly to the salon email and never got a reply!

Even if my booking for 2 was at 9am they only took my friend at 10am. Quite badly organised and not great polish quality. A mistake was made in the manicure and 30mn after leaving we got a call to come back & Pay which is not acceptable as it was their responsibility to check in time. Will defo not come back
