my visit started off weird with the receptionist and owner being in the middle of their own hair dyes... i asked the pedicurist to please focus mostly on the hard skin on the foot and less on the nails. needless to say I left with the soles exactly as bad as when I entered, but with beautiful nails. the staff spent the whole hour chatting and laughing amongst each other so I felt like a third wheel. the massage was a bit better but still not great. the room was too bright and she didn't apply basic techniques like always being in contact with the client.

Staff were flexible and friendly as I wanted to come earlier in the day for the wax, wax was quick and as painless as possibles.
