Very rough with the waxing. I told them that the wax was too hot and was hurting, and she snapped back saying “it’s meant to be hot”. I have been waxed many times and therefore I know the temperature the wax is meant to be. She also kept pulling the strips but they were not coming off, and it was the most painful waxing I have ever had.
