Not all the wax was removed therefore took a while to clean it all off at home.

My eyelash extension appointment was on Wednesday and by Friday, the day I set off on holiday, all of them had fallen out! Luckily, my own natural eyelashes had stayed largely intact. But there we no extensions. I spent £60 on absolutely nothing. I don’t think the glue that was used was the right stuff? It’s as if strip lash glue had been used.

I've been before and had a brilliant wax but this time it was with someone different and it was incredibly painful. I don't know if she was quite new, but it was really sore and still raw a day later. First time I went was excellent though, try and ask for someone who's been there a while.
