The place is beautiful, clean and the staff appeared friendly.
Unfortunately, I went a day when it was hot and the treatment room was too, I felt the waxing wasnt able to set and the wax was extremely painful.
After all that, the actual hair removal wasn't good, she tweezed my eyebrows more than she waxed, my hair began to grow in after just a couple days and I could see where a lot of the hairs were broken and not removed.
I actually wanted to cry, I just paid my money and left. I felt like they did the best they could. The beautician didn't speak English well which meant that for a good portion of it I had her and the manager who came to finish standing over me during an intimate wax saying things I didn't understand... Very awkward
