I've visited here a few times and the experience was okay on the whole but not great. The wax was not particularly thorough either time (the first I had to call the therapist in as she'd missed an area) and both pedicures I was told my nails were dry only to return home to find them smudged.
Having this happen twice now I don't think I would return.

Since I stepped in I had a nice feeling. The place is very clean and well designed. Staff is polite, smiley and friendly. My hollywood hot wax very well done (Grazie). Recommended!

It was the best 20 minutes waxing ever, Maria was so nice, friendly and cheerful also she is very experienced and did more than I expected. I will definitely go again.
