I've never had a massage before where the masseuse wore latex gloves. She was very nice and it was relaxing once I got past this, but it felt very weird. Together with the lukewarm welcome which suggested they weren't expecting me, and staff sitting around on their phones or in their coats, it didn't feel massively inviting to a new customer, despite looking promising from the outside. Shame, as I'm local, but I guess I'm not the clientele they're catering for. Probably great for nails/waxes.
