Lovely staff and fairly good haircut, with attention to detail. Although let down by a few things such as very cold water for hair wash!

I went to Mara’s as my usual wax spot was fully booked and needed to book an appointment that day before a holiday.
I waited for 50 minutes from the time of my treatment to when I was finally seen. The staff were in a complete world of their own during this time, on their phones, staring into space and kept telling me ‘five minutes’ whenever I asked.
When I was finally seen for my wax, the wax itself was too hot and she also did not wait for the wax to cool, so tugged the wet wax off in patches which was very uncomfortable. During the treatment she also had a conversation through the door with her colleague in another language which made me feel very uneasy also.
The place was clean and well presented but that is unfortunately the only positive I took away.
Will not be revisiting and do not recommend!
