The blackhead extraction was using fingers instead of a tool. I had many small blocked pores on my forehead that were left unblocked because it would have been too difficult to remove using just fingers. Soz even though Fabiana was very nice and professional, I would not use this service again.

Place was great. Staff were friendly however waxing was done so fast and now regrow is so painful and have realised it’s due to waxing not being done properly. Wax was removed too fast so hair was broken and not pulled from roots. Have never experienced a wax so painful and now the regrowth is just as painful.

unfortunately i had a bad experience here. first of all the nail extension on my pinky fingers were not glued on flush to the nail so there is a gap
second, the extensions are too big for my nail beds
when i tried to voice this concern i was just told it would be filed down to fit, which did not happen
thirdly i tried to explain i wanted the nails in a pointy shape, the shapes are a disaster, some round and some pointy. i went home and filed and fixed the shape myself
