I had a good mani as usual, but unfortunately the pedi this time was not good, we had to interrupt my treatment because while removing cuticles she made me bleed on both feets. She didn’t really deal well with it and didn’t know how to fix it properly and I had to suggest we put a plaster and interrupt the treatment.
I was given a refund in the end, however the owner didn’t want to initially, and I had to insist. This is the thing that I didn’t really like, mistakes can happen of course but as a owner you should acknowledge it and apologise with your client, and offer a refund without your client having to insist. It’s a shame because I’ve been a client of this salon for quite a long time and I’ve always had good experiences.
Waited 40 minutes for a pre booked appointment. Hair dresser was doing someone’s nails and made me wait. Left without a hair cut. Really a huge waste of time all round.
I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the salon. It was my first wax after having a baby and the beautician made me feel really relaxed and did a great job!
