It was fairly pain free. I like how detail oriented the beautician is, she gives me great advice on how to look after my sensitive skin. Happy with the result

Avoid at all costs. My stylist did not speak one word of English and cut my hair extremely unevenly- another staff member had to translate however she left soon after and I was left having to communicate this to my stylist using hand gestures. The layers around my face were shockingly uneven and others in the salon agreed. Worst experience ever. I do not believe the other reviews for this stylist are genuine as she does not speak any English as can not cut hair evenly let alone well.
