The staff are so lovely and the place is really clean and modern. The customer service is great but unfortunately the standard of hair cut is quite poor. I just asked for a straight cut about 4cm but it was wonky in places and not straight at the front which was a shame. It wasn’t awful but I would have hoped for better. A shame because everyone was so lovely and I felt super relaxed during the appointment!
