The staff are so lovely and the place is really clean and modern. The customer service is great but unfortunately the standard of hair cut is quite poor. I just asked for a straight cut about 4cm but it was wonky in places and not straight at the front which was a shame. It wasn’t awful but I would have hoped for better. A shame because everyone was so lovely and I felt super relaxed during the appointment!

Worse haircut I’ve ever had. When I got home had to get a friend to fix it for me as it wasn’t even in the slightest. The cut took approx 5 minutes and no checking of length etc. Won’t be going back.
