15 minutes late. Very cold. Steam part the steam was not on my face but my chest. I said this. She said it was fine. It wasn’t. 20 minutes mask she did washing up and sitting in silence, maybe 1 minute of light neck rub at a maximum. Such a shame. I had a lovely facial last month here and gave 5*. Won’t come back for a 3rd.
