1. I was immediately hit with a “black tax” told I had to £20 for having Afro hair. I picked this salon because of the Brazilian staff, some had exactly the same curly hair as mine (3c). I was very disappointed. 2. The salon manager didn’t have a clue what service I picked and didn’t tell the poor stylist who I had to keep telling what I paid for. 3. In addition to paying an extra £20 I didn’t get the 30min treatment I booked. Despite the lack of equipment the stylist did an amazing cut.
