The treatment was gentle and didn't cause any irritation or discomfort, which was a pleasant surprise as I’ve had some before which unfortunately did the opposite. The staff were very knowledgeable and provided me with great advice on how to care for my skin post-treatment. They also answered all my questions and addressed my concerns which put me at ease.
