I highly recommend Mara, as a therapist, she is very skilled and has a wide understanding of the body muscles and can perform different techniques. I had a very stiff body and shoulder and after 1 h of treatment, I was left like a feather, which kept me going for a week. I am a regular client and I can tell you that soon after your first session you will feel all benefits. I like to treat myself every week to keep a healthy body. I am a professional hip hop dancer and I find Mara’s work exceptional. My knees and overall body alignment and awareness is much improved in just few sessions with her. She is very strong and provided the best deep tissue massage experience I had in my life. The massage was also relaxing and I felt pampered and rejuvenated afterwards. Saw her for an issue with my heel and after that I have never experienced pain in my foot again. The massage was fantastic and the ambience was also great. Very professional, friendly and caring. I will definitely see her again and booked a session for my mum too. 5 star experience. Loved it!
