Shze was very professional and did a superb job with my waxing; my eyebrows looked brilliant and she delivered what a I had asked which was nice, not thin and a nice , natural shape, the lip wax was as painless as possible and despite being a bit red after (which I always am as I'm quite pale) the redness went away very quickly, will go back!!

The massage was very good, especially for the price in central London! There was relaxing music playing, although you could still hear the noise from the street. Not an issue as Elaine made it easy to relax. I would have awarded 5 stars if the oil used had perhaps been mixed with an essential oil and smelt a little more pampering. I'm 99% sure she just used olive oil on me, so I was very aware I smelt like cooking all the way home!
