It was my second massage in Maple Salon. I tried lymphatic drainage first and now relaxing massage. It was nice and gentle, and very relaxing (it even made me yawn at the end! :) ) I will try deep tissue massage next.
Yet again my massage at this place started late, 10 minutes after my appointment start time. I would therefore say if you book here make sure you don’t need to be anywhere in a hurry directly afterwards, as you will be late.
More concerning however is that the machine that heats up the herbal massage balls was not working. The masseuse clearly knew this as she could be heard playing around with the heating dial on the machine and switching it on and off at the plug in the wall. Given the balls were not heating she should have offered me a different massage, but instead still chose to continue rubbing herbal sacks on my body, which without the heat was pointless. I have paid for a massage I did not receive. Very disappointing and appalling service to carry on as if I wouldn’t notice!!
