The reception staff were really lovely and one of the girls doing eyelash extensions. Unfortunately however though she was also lovely, I don't think the girl doing my eyelash perm could particularly speak English, which would of course never normally be an issue, however considering I have never had a perm before I felt pretty anxious throughout the whole procedure not having it explained beforehand and then having to lie not knowing what was going on or when it would end. To add insult to injury, the perm completely frazzled and ruined my long natural eyelashes, they weren't well done at all and I question if she actually knew what she was doing. It was such a shame as I was really looking forward to it before my holiday and now will have to wait months for them to return to health...
