Samantha is just lovely.
She's really easy to get along with and there's no awkwardness.
Her studio is clean, it smells lovely and the music is relaxing.
Sam always asks about problem area's etc and will make sure to work on those specific area's.
I don't get to relax very much, so I really look forward to my appointments.
