I have always been interested in the human body and in helping people feel better, both physically and within themselves. With a background in clinical science, a BSc and experience working at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, I have continued to develop my skills in sports and remedial massage, myofascial work, movement and bodywork. For me, treatment is about more than simply treating a painful or tight area. I believe our bodies can hold tension, stress and patterns of movement that can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can work together to release tension, improve movement and help you reconnect with your body. Every treatment is tailored to you, whether you are looking for relief, relaxation, recovery, or simply some time to pause and reconnect with yourself.
