I have been for a few massages with Chris, they have all been extremely beneficial and have helped ease my back and hip pains. She was incredibly intuitive and listened to all of my concerns, she was also incredibly knowledgeable about where the problem was occurring and working the problems out with clear communication on how to release muscles. The overall experience was amazing. I can’t recommend this enough even if you don’t have specific issues, it was incredibly relaxing experience and she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout. Can’t wait for the next one!
