Chrissy is amazing! Came in a with tension headache and back pain. I felt so much better after massage. Thanks again Chrissy 🙏 …
Amazing, a true master of her craft. She was able to locate spots which I had issues with without me even telling her. I felt so revitalised afterward, will definitely make it a regular thing. Highly recommended A+++++
I recently visited Chrissy for Manual Restore Massage after suffering a meniscus injury, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Recovering from a knee injury is a slow and frustrating process, but her expertise in therapeutic bodywork made a massive difference in my recovery. Chrissy has an incredible understanding of anatomy and specifically how to work around injured joints. Her touch is firm and effective but always mindful of my pain levels and limitations. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion and a decrease in the "tight" feeling around the knee and reduced swelling . Beyond her technical skill, Chrissy is professional, empathetic, and genuinely invested in her clients' healing journeys. If you are dealing with a sports injury or post-op recovery, do yourself a favour and book with her. She is a vital part of my recovery team!
I have been for a few massages with Chris, they have all been extremely beneficial and have helped ease my back and hip pains. She was incredibly intuitive and listened to all of my concerns, she was also incredibly knowledgeable about where the problem was occurring and working the problems out with clear communication on how to release muscles. The overall experience was amazing. I can’t recommend this enough even if you don’t have specific issues, it was incredibly relaxing experience and she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout. Can’t wait for the next one!
Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot! Thank you for your magic work! I felt fantastic and you are the only person who managed to stop my pain. See you again very soon!
