I had a great appointment with Chantell last night. I went in with flat dull grown out ombre and came out with fresh brighter blonde hair ready for Summer! She really was brilliant, she listened to what I was looking for and gave me advice and recommendations as to how to maintain it after (I suffer from very dry hair). Really would recommend her to anyone looking for Balayage/ a general refresher! Will definitely be going back

Perfect blow dry. Chantelle also coloured my hair (see review under the name of Yee). I showed her a picture of how I like my blow dry. She did exactly what I wanted, I left the salon with a smooth, shiny, bouncy with curls at the end look. Still looks great the next say. I'd definately recommend a blow dry with Chantelle.

Chantelle was great. I Showed her several pictures of things I like and things I didnt. She completely understood the look I was after and interpreted it well. I had bayalage, the colour placement is perfect. My natural colour is dark brown/black I wanted Escaille/tortoiseshell colour, but no coppery/orangey colours. The colour is exactly what I wanted, multi tonal brown, honey and some lighter pieces. She was really patient with my several emails beforehand and was friendly yet professional. Everyone else at the salon was friendly too, the salon itself is comfortable, good music (not too loud, mix of upbeat and pop music) and the decor was nice (had character, but not too over the top). Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Chantelle.

Chantell was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions for what would look and work best and did a fantastic job! She was very sweet and friendly. I will definitely be going back and have already been recommending her to my friends!
