If I wanted a chin length bob then this would get 5 stars. Natalia was very knowledgeable with good techniques but I requested a shoulder length cut & it was too short. Yes it will grow back & it's summer but I feel disappointed so stars taken off.

everyone needs to gain experience somewhere! love this salon and can always depend on a great blow dry, however this time around I arrived early and still ended up leaving 15 mins late as the blowdry process was quite slow and convoluted
