Emma was great. I thought I had split a nail but Emma reassured me that I had not. Emma took the time to take my nails back to my own nail bed to check everything was ok with them - it was. Unfortunately that meant the appointment overran but Emma didn’t rush the appointment and I came away with perfect nails.
