Absolutely perfect, Olga is so lovely, very considerate and kind. The conversation was easy and fun so it was actually a very nice moment, and the waxing was perfect, quick, no red spots after or any hairs left. Olga seems to really care about people and adapts to each person and their sensitivity with some breathing technique to help. Highly recommended.
