The cut was amazing and Simone the hairdresser was really nice and did and amazing job but the experience was not good. I paid for a cut trough the app and when I went there I was told I had to pay another £25 if I wanted to cut my hair more than 4 cm. That is really weird and uncomfortable. The manager was not accommodating at all and basically said either I paid the extra or loose the £50 pound I already paid. No refund or solution offered. I felt very uncomfortable and cheated. There was not any clausole or explanation in the description when I booked and that is not fair. The cut was very good but definitely will not visit again as it was a stressful experience and that is not what I am looking for when I go to hairdresser.
